Returns policy

At 1969.fr, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have the right to return it under certain conditions detailed below.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

For hygiene and safety reasons, only products that are unused, unworn and still sealed in their original packaging (security sticker intact) may be returned.

Return conditions

Products must be returned in their original new condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
Harnesses must be unworn, with intact labels.
Intimate products (dildos, pleasure toys, plugs, etc.) are neither accepted back nor exchanged if the security packaging has been unsealed.
Any damaged, incomplete or used product cannot be refunded.

Return costs and refund

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective product or shipping error.
The refund is issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return parcel.
In the event of a defective product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt to arrange a covered return.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
