Remote play with the Hyphy begins with a conversation about what each person wants, preferred intensities and how to stop. Each partner installs Lovense Remote. The person using the Hyphy connects it and adds their partner in the app, then accepts their request for live control. Their partner can then control the vibrations remotely, while a video or voice call lets them talk and adjust the settings in real time. The person holding the toy can always stop it using the Hyphy’s buttons.

The Hyphy charges with its magnetic USB cable, connected directly to the toy or to its charging and storage case. A full charge takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes and provides up to 5 hours and 10 minutes of use, depending on the intensity selected. An indicator light stays on while it charges and goes out when the battery is full. The case keeps the Hyphy and its attachments together, ready to store and recharge at home or while travelling.

The Hyphy connects via Bluetooth to smartphones and tablets running iOS 14.2 or later, or Android 5.0 or later with Bluetooth 4.0. It also works with a Mac equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. You can switch between the two ends using the buttons on the toy. Press and hold the power button to turn on the Hyphy at the high-frequency end.
